Comfortable room with great facilities for families. Breakfast lacked variety and could be more organized.

Since we were only staying en route for one night, we did not avail ourselves of the facilities offered, but were very pleased at the large free car park, the use of wi-fi in our room and the cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. Also the availability of the cafe during the after noon. We would certainly be happy to stay again on our return or on another trip as we pass by at least twice a year.
We thought for a luxury hotel that providing cardboard cups in the bedroom was not acceptable. A small point, but a valid one.

Straight talk, worth it or not?
The lobby area is really cute and the staff here go the extra mile. The outdoor pool and play area are fantastic.
Dining service can be quite disorganized with long waits for meals and poor room cleaning noted. The room decor feels outdated, affecting the overall comfort.

Ideal stop over on route from Costa Brava in Spain to the UK, close to Motorway. Plenty of room when travelling with a pet and secure with a full car load.

Great breakfasts with baked goods and hot options and very good coffee. Marvellous location with free parking and close enough to France as well as center. Also, on top of that the restaurant seemed understaffed.

The outdoor play equipment area was fantastic for the kids, allowing them to burn off energy while we enjoyed some relaxing time at the bar.
We faced issues with the dining experience. The dinner buffet lacked quality and variety, and the breakfast area was often overcrowded with long waits for coffee.

The warm welcome from staff and the excellent quality of the dinner menu left a lasting impression. The convenient parking and serene garden were added bonuses during my two-night stay.

A perfect place for families with young children to stop on the way to the South of France. Clean, modern, welcoming and relaxing. Much more 'holiday-ish' than any city hotel I have ever stayed in, the ideal place to recharge batteries during a long drive. Very friendly guests too!
More staff in the bar/restaurant would have been good as service was a little slow - although the staff that were there worked very hard.

The rooms were a reasonable size, clean and modern, free wifi, staff were very helpful and attentive, plenty of parking and near all local places of interest, although the location itself was\quiet and attractive.
Some of the doors seemed very noisy at night as people came in and out.

The outdoor play area for kids was a hit. The comfortable common areas offered a nice spot to unwind between activities.
Rooms showed signs of age, with outdated decor and a stale smell that could use some revamping. The dining experience was lackluster, with long waits for service noted in the restaurant and a disappointing breakfast menu that didn't meet expectations for a four-star stay.

Outside of hotel may put off visitors as it is pretty basic looking, however the inside of the hotel is wonderful with a lovely central garden and pool, tennis courts, table tennis and al fresco area. We had two rooms, not interconnecting, but next to one another with large bed and sofa bed. Had dinner in restaurant, enjoyable vegetarian cuisine and a super breakfast, lots of choice including innocent smoothies!
